"Reliable PP Bristle Production"

TEKSA

Teksa, a subsidiary of HLL International, brings its years of experience in the industrial brush and cleaning sector to the production of polypropylene bristles. HLL International, operating across a wide range of industries, from industrial cleaning machines and brush production to chemical production and international logistics operations, takes this experience a step further. By commissioning its PP bristle production line under the TEKSA brand, it has achieved a supply base capable of meeting the demands of all manufacturers in the sector.

Our Vision

To be not just a supplier in industrial hair production, but a benchmark brand that shapes quality and technology. To achieve a globally trusted leader position that initiates innovations, raises standards, and enhances the industry.

Manufacture Line

TEKSA, reliably produces high-quality, industrial-standard bristle products thanks to its polypropylene bristle production line equipped with modern technology. The production line at our facility consists of the following main stations:

  1. Raw Material Preparation Unit
  2. Polypropylene raw materials in granular form are prepared using special mixing recipes. Color pigments, UV additives, and the desired technical specifications are added at this stage.

  3. Extrusion (Bristle Pulling) Unit
  4. The prepared mixture is melted and extruded through multiple, fine holes in machines called extruders. This process determines the diameter, shape, and structural characteristics of the bristle. Single, multiple, or curved forms can be produced.

  1. Cooling Line
  2. Freshly extracted hairs are rapidly cooled in special cooling baths to harden and preserve their shape. This process increases durability and dimensional stability.

  3. Drying and Stretching Unit
  4. The cooled bristles are stretched through temperature-controlled tunnels to ensure complete drying and desired flexibility. This allows the fiber structure to be established and the material to be stabilized.

  1. Cutting and Winding Unit
  2. The produced bristles are cut to a length determined by customer needs or wound into a coil. This stage prepares them for packaging.

  3. Quality Control and Packaging
  4. At every stage of production, checks are conducted on criteria such as diameter, color, strength, and flexibility. Approved products are prepared for shipment with special packaging systems.

MANUFACTURE CAPACITY

TEKSA, has a monthly production capacity of 250 tons and an annual production capacity of 3000 tons of bristle with its highly efficient, fully automatic bristle extraction line.

Thanks to our modern infrastructure:

  • Production can be done in different diameters and colors.
  • Uninterrupted production is provided 24 hours a day
  • Fast delivery is guaranteed even for high-volume orders.

With our flexible production planning and strong stock management, both standard and customer-specific customized productions are carried out smoothly.

SPECS

The optimized density structure offers high efficiency per unit weight, providing significant advantages in both material economy and logistics processes.

Superior Mechanical Strength

Our materials maintain their form and function even under the most difficult operating conditions with their high surface hardness, wear resistance and excellent modulus of elasticity.

Chemical and Thermal Stability

It is resistant to moisture with its low water absorption coefficient. It maintains its chemical structure in acidic and alkaline environments. With a melting point of ~163°C, it provides stable and reliable performance for high-temperature processes.
